The River Deep Alliance has started offering scuba diving lessons through Denver Adaptive Divers.  The underwater blood pressure monitor will hopefully provide evidence of the potential benefits of diving to veterans in relation to PTSD vs the use of hyperbaric chambers and help provide an early warning for a diver in distress.  While there are other commercial devices that monitor vitals underwater, there are none specifically for blood pressure, and none with capacity beyond 300 meters.
