DONATE TO QL+

Every day, QL+ strives to create innovative solutions that inspire our nation’s wounded warriors to live, work or play to their full potential, by funding projects at the QL+ Laboratory in California.

There are two ways you can donate to our organization:

Click on the ‘Donate’ button below to make an instant online donation: Simply fill in the amount of your donation (minimum $10 gift, please) at the top of the first screen that appears, followed by your contact information and credit card details. If you are donating in support of a specific campaign, in honor/in memoriam, or have other directions regarding your donation, you may enter this information on the second screen by clicking on the link called “Add special instructions to seller” in the mid-left of the second screen.

Mail a check: Please make checks payable to ‘Quality of Life Plus Program’ and mail to the address in the blue menu bar at the bottom of this page. Again, if you donating in support of a specific campaign, in honor/in memoriam, etc., please be sure to note your instructions on the memo line of the check.
